About the Consulting Business
Rodney Thomas is the chairman and CEO of Thomas and Herbert Consulting. His consulting business specializes in IT Management consulting for the federal government, state and local government, primarily in the Washington DC area. Rodney Thomas and his partner serve organizations such as the Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Housing, Urban Development, and other civilian DOD agencies to improve the way they conduct business through the use of information technology.
Finding Fora Financial
In July of 2013, Thomas & Herbert Consulting was the first small business in the world to be awarded a contract with The General Administrative Services Company, Alliant Enterprise. The start of this new contract meant that Thomas & Herbert Consulting would require some short term working capital in order to get them started on their new business venture. In early August, Rodney started his search for additional working capital to benefit his growing consulting business.
